Effective date: 1 January 2024. These terms govern your use of Verum Analytics services and the verumlab.ch website.
Verum Analytics provides independent analytical chemistry testing services. Results are issued as Certificates of Analysis (COAs). All services are for research and quality-assurance purposes only. COAs do not constitute approval for human or veterinary use.
By submitting a sample, you confirm you are authorised to possess and transport the submitted material, and that it complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Results reflect the specific sample submitted. COAs are issued in digital form with unique Test IDs and Verification Codes for authenticity verification.
Verum Analytics treats all submitted samples and associated information as confidential. We do not share result data with third parties except where required by Swiss law.
Testing fees are due in advance of analysis commencement. Once analysis commences, fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome.
Verum Analytics total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific test. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Basel-Stadt.
