When you submit a sample or use our portal, we collect name and contact information, shipping and billing address, sample information (compound type, lot number, label claim), and website usage data.
Your data is used to process sample submissions, issue COAs, communicate results, manage billing, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal data.
COA records are stored securely with unique Test IDs and Verification Codes. These records contain only analytical data and sample information, not personal data.
Sample records and COAs are retained for 10 years from issuance. Account and contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 3 years.
Under Swiss nDSG and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your personal data. Contact privacy@verumlab.ch to exercise these rights.
